We are a group of passionate, curious people who are dedicated to creating opportunities for kids across Oklahoma.

We've come together to build meaningful relationships, foster innovation and creativity, and cultivate a culture of lifelong learning, problem-solving, personal ownership and accountability.
Picture
We work with youth-serving community organizations we call Partner Sites, to deliver hands-on STEM and Arts programs to groups of 3rd-8th grade students in after-school clubs and day-camp formats.

We love trying new things and finding ways to meet kids where they are, particularly those from populations that are underrepresented in STEM.
Picture
We're on a mission to make sure that every child across Oklahoma has access to meaningful STEM and Arts programs in their community.
We know most kids decide whether they are good at science and math before they leave middle school, some as early as second or third grade. We want to make sure that kids stay engaged in science and math so that they can pursue high-paying, technical careers that can help break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and fill Oklahoma's STEM workforce gap.

Our Values
Relationship. Relationship is the glue that holds everything together. Before taking any action, we ask ourselves "how will this affect our relationships with one another, our stakeholders, and our community?".

Ownership. Together we are responsible for the well-being of the organization--each taking responsibility for action(s) or inaction(s) and the resulting outcomes.

Stewardship. Our community deserves the best return we can give them on the resources entrusted to us. We have the responsibility to be faithful stewards who administer resources in an ethical, transparent, and sustainable manner.

How these values play out in our work:
